Welcome to our customer service center!
We source our products from multiple small business wholesalers and vet each one carefully. If your order does not match your standards, please contact us immediately so we can work with the wholesaler to solve the issue.
More than that, if any of your orders do not match your organic standards, please alert us as soon as you can for a refund. Also, please include a description of the deficiency so we can remove the vendor from our preferred list.
We're not a big commercial enterprise. So we can't function like "Amazon Prime" (and we only select brands currently not found there either). We don't have the availability or man(woman) power for next-day deliveries.
We try to process orders as soon as possible, with most orders processed usually between 3-5 business days. Shipping times and rates vary based on your selection, with most orders shipping from Colorado Springs, CO via USPS or FedEx. If a product is on back-order, we will try ship it as soon as it is available.
Please note, we are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and most major holidays. Orders received during that time will not start processing until the next business day. Also, please allow for additional processing time around major gift giving holidays and order early!
